All prices and specifications are subject to change without notice. Northwest Propane shall not be held liable for graphic, clerical, typographical, and printing errors. While great care is given to our site and publications, errors do sometimes occur and for that we apologize.

We make every effort to provide images that accurately represent the actual color, style, size & shape of each product however, due to all the possible variants such as light source, monitor quality, etc. we can not guarantee that these images accurately represent the actual colors of the product. Products returned due to color variances will still be considered a return of a non-defective item.

Returning Merchandise

All merchandise returned without an RMA# number and not sent freight paid will be refused. Please see our return policy below. An RMA# number may be acquired by contacting us via email or phone during normal business hours.

The return of a non-defective item

All returned merchandise must have a return material authorization number (RMA#) on the outside of the box. A RMA# must be obtained from Northwest Propane via email before beginning the return. Returns to be authorized must be made within 30 days from the date of purchase or 10 days of receipt of order, whichever is later. Non-defective returned merchandise must be in original packaging in a condition allowing it to be resold. A 15% restocking fee and all shipping charges/processing fees will be deducted from any credit due on all returned merchandise unless other prior arrangements have been made with Northwest Propane and documented via email. All Product orders are considered valid until canceled. Orders not cancelled and cancellation acknowledged by Northwest Propane prior to shipping will incur shipping charges and processing fees when merchandise is returned as per above.

No returns will be allowed if shipped by truck line, unless buyer pays freight both ways. Warranty service from the manufacturer's warranty center is how defective products will be handled or repaired. All orders must be inspected at time of delivery and damaged items must be addressed with the shipping or freight company at time of delivery. If customer accepts delivery and later finds damage, then the customer must file a claim with the shipping company.

Truck Shipping

All Shipping of larger items that are delivered by common carrier freight (Truck), are to curbside only. The receiver is responsible for unloading the merchandise from the truck and should make arrangements to have some help when order is delivered. Shipping is only available for the contiguous 48 states only.

Inspect all items when received for shortage or damage. Northwest Propane is not responsible for these occurrences. Any Shortage or damage To Shipped items should be reported to the carrier at time of delivery. Any shortages and damaged items are the sole responsibility of the carrier. If not reported within 48hrs of receipt, there can be no claim of shipping damage or shortage. We will assist you in anyway possible.

All shipping costs are estimated when you order. If they are different from your online order form you will be notified via E-mail of actual cost. Shipping charges by UPS, FedEx or other shipping carriers are for freight only and shipment delivery options and optional shipping insurance are to be selected by the customer at the time of checkout.

Additional data may be collected each time you visit our site and stored in our database. Examples include but are not limited to IP address information, operating system or browser used to access our site, length of site access, pages browsed while on our site, and other generic information we collect to help us make enhancements or improvements to our site for the benefit of our customers. This information will not be sold or distributed to any third parties.

Warranty

TNorthwest Propane does not express or imply any warranty. All warranties are the responsibility of the manufacturer. Northwest Propane expressly disclaims liability for any injury, loss, or damage arising from the use, misuse, or inability to use an item sold by us. Our only obligation is to assist with the replacement of an item that is delivered defective and this obligation is limited.

Texas Residents

Orders by Texas Residents may be subject to normal Texas state sales tax on all sales. These monies will be in addition to and not already reflected in the pricing.
